Neuromuscular Stretching
Provides techniques used to increase extensibility and lengthen the muscle, increasing range of motion (ROM) of overactive neuro-myfasical tissues in the body.

Yoga
Provides physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines. Yoga promotes a healthy nervous system and is responsible for decreasing stiffness, anxiety, and muscle soreness. All while increasing circulation, blood flow, range of motion (ROM), recovery, and balance.
